The hotel rooms were clean and very easy with a self-check-in system, though some minor issues like empty shower gel and non-working bulbs were present. The beds were suitable for children or teenagers in connecting rooms with parents. The service was welcoming and helpful, especially with providing fresh milk for my toddler. The location was convenient for walking around the pretty village of Port Sunlight but lacked immediate access to bars and restaurants. The dining experience was decent but lacked options like hash browns, despite offering gluten-free choices. The hotel facilities were good overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the exceptional cleanliness. However, there was a minor issue with a wobbly tap in the bathroom, and the lack of air conditioning made the room quite hot.
